Khawaja Muhammad Siddiq Akbar brings over three decades of unparalleled experience in public service and government administration to his role as Founder & CEO of Today’s Consultants. A distinguished officer of the Pakistan Civil Services (6th Common), he has held numerous high-level positions across both federal and provincial governments, including Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Secretary of the Interior.
Throughout his 34-year career, Mr. Akbar served with integrity and vision in key ministries such as Health, Minorities Affairs, Livestock & Dairy Development, and Environment, among others. His leadership extended to diverse sectors, including law and order, tribal affairs, rural development, anti-corruption, and investment promotion.
An alumnus of Harvard University and Cornell University, he holds advanced credentials in executive management and post-harvest technologies. His academic foundation includes a Master’s in Economics and a Law degree from Punjab University.
